He is the Founder, Director and Trainer of Jubilant Institute of Professional Training, Sreenivas International Institute of Commerce, which have played a pivotal role in shaping the careers of commerce students, job aspirants, and professionals.
His mission is to inspire people from all walks of life to achieve greatness, regardless of their background or starting point.
About Jubilant Institute
He realized that many commerce graduates were struggling to secure jobs in MNCs and BPOs. The primary reason was their lack of awareness about available employment opportunities and the interview procedures followed in these organizations.
To address this gap, he established the Jubilant Institute of Professional Training on August 20, 2006, in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh. Later, on January 1, 2007, the institute was shifted to Habsiguda, Hyderabad.
It was the first institute of its kind in India, founded with the vision of equipping commerce graduates with strong fundamentals in accounting, practical training in R2R, AP, and AR processes, along with essential interview skills—enabling them to secure careers in accounting and finance roles in leading BPOs and MNCs across India as well as in the UAE.
Since 2006, he has been running this institute purely through word-of-mouth publicity. To date, thousands of students have successfully secured accounting jobs in BPOs and MNCs with attractive salary packages, owing to his guidance, training, care, and support.
