About Founder

Ilapaka Sreenivas, born on February 4, 1979, in Warangal, is an Indian educator, a renowned trainer and entrepreneur specializing in commerce and financial accounting. With his efficient and impactful training methods, he has transformed the lives of thousands of unemployed individuals and their families.

Sreenivas is an expert in Accounting Basics and a master trainer in Record-to-Report (R2R) Process, Accounts Payable (AP) Process, and Accounts Receivable (AR) Process, backed by strong practical experience.
His pioneering work has inspired numerous organizations offering accounting job training for multinational corporations (MNCs). With an illustrious career spanning over 25 years as a trainer, he has dedicated himself to his passion: empowering individuals and organizations through training and coaching.

Education Background

He came from a humble background and a financially poor family. Despite the challenges of poverty, he successfully completed his education while staying in a Government Hostel from 5th standard to  Graduation.

The hostel environment instilled his values of discipline, resilience, and self-reliance. These struggles shaped his determination to achieve academic success and build a professional career. Growing up with limited resources taught him the importance of hard work, perseverance, and making the best use of available opportunities.

This journey not only strengthened his character but also motivated him to guide and inspire others facing similar challenges.
