He inaugurated his YouTube channel, “ILAPAKA SREENIVAS,” and his Instagram account, “Sreenivas Ilapaka,” on 9th April 2024 at the Silver Jubilee Government College Auditorium, Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, the very institution where he pursued his graduation.
The initiative was launched with the purpose of creating awareness about employment opportunities in reputed MNCs, accounting work processes, and interview skills for B.Com, M.Com, and MBA (Finance) graduates and postgraduates. His YouTube channel, “ILAPAKA SREENIVAS,” provides innovative and practical training in financial accounting, making complex concepts simple and accessible for learners.
He began creating and posting educational videos and reels on YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram from April 9, 2024, onwards. Within just 45 days, he gained over 1,20,000 followers on Instagram.
His pioneering work has inspired numerous organizations offering accounting job training for multinational corporations (MNCs). With an illustrious career spanning over 25 years as a trainer, he has dedicated himself to his passion: empowering individuals and organizations through training and coaching.
